Farm to Table

Learn more about our Zero Kilometer Concept and self-sufficiency. Most of our ingredients come from our garden and local suppliers. We are a live seed bank for a variety of  traditional and medicinal Amazonian plants.

coffee Tasting

We grow our own coffee in our agroforestry endemic shaded field. Learn more about the whole process of coffee making, or if in season, harvest some. Taste different batches of the specialty coffee we produce with our different extraction methods from high altitude arabica varieties.

Extreme Outdoors


Canyoning is travelling in canyons using a variety of techniques that may include other outdoor activities such as absailing or rapelling, walking, scrambling, climbing and jumping.

Bongara's Waterfall Valley offers  a breathtaking location for this sport with trails ranging from beginner to advanced.
